We want you to LOVE your purchase! We will happily accept returns of unworn, new products, with tags attached postmarked within 10 days of shipment. Please access our online return portal for FREE return shipping. Once a return shipment is received, refunds will be made to the card used in the original transaction less the cost of shipping. All Monkee’s boutiques are independently owned and operated, so we can only accept returns on purchases from this store location. Handbags, sunglasses, jewelry, lingerie, accessories, special orders and SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or returned for a store credit. Shoes must be returned in their original box and the box must be in good condition.

Because you were able to touch, feel, and try on for fit and size, shoes and clothing may be exchanged or returned for store credit within seven (7) business days of purchase with original receipt. No cash, check, or credit card refunds will be given.

All items returned must have been purchased from Monkee's of Blowing Rock. Returned items must be unworn with price tags intact. Handbags, sunglasses, jewelry, lingerie, accessories, special orders, trunk show items, and SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for a store credit.

We strive to process returns daily, however, please allow 2-5 business days for a refund or store credit to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by Monkee's.
